Carpets with towns, streets and games....

Children's Area Rug with houses and streets
sfd

I like educational play carpets such as this one with neighborhood streets and houses in the classroom as they fosters imaginative play, getting along with friends and taking turns. Add wooden vehicles and traffic signs to encourage reading.

I also like this play activity as it can be stored fairly easily when I want to change my classroom centers.

This carpet comes in 3 different sizes so be sure to check that feature before you order. It is made out of 100% Nylon, and will last a long time.

Driving Around the Town -Railroad and Roads zxzx

Some of the educational play carpets available are too busy for younger children. I like this one because of its simplicity and primary color scheme. It is a fabric mat with rubber backing that measures 36" x 29", has an anti-slip foam backing keeps mat in place on any surface.

This learning carpet has a complete town with many interesting places to visit and opens the door to conversations about neighborhoods and communities. Add extra traffic signsto teach road safety.

Classroom Snakes & Ladders Play Carpet

sdf

This educational play carpet measures 33 x 45 inches and is a variation of the popular children's game, Snakes and Ladders. Use this sort of carpet to teach children about winning and losing, as well as counting and numbers to 100.

These Belgium made learning carpets have an unlimited warranty, are soil and stain resistant, are washable and withstand rugged kid play. They meet all safety standards also.
