About the Author...

Patricia Bentham has over twenty year’s experience teaching kindergarten to grade 3, and visual arts to Grades K - 12, as well as teaching adults. She is the author/creator of this site, www.kindergarten-lessons.com. She also teaches illustrating journalling classes to adults and children.

She helps busy educators save time by providing them with materials that give their students the experiences of investigating their world, hands on activities and recording and sharing their new knowledge. She believes we all need practical, hands-on activities and environments that encourage creative play.

Patricia has a Bachelor’s Degree in Education from the University of Victoria, has completed certification programs in Print Design, Typography and Website Design, as well as completing a variety of art and design courses.
